The Fall Track & Fitness Series is designed for any athletic level.

The emphasis will be on general strength and fitness for a young athlete.
We plan to introduce a series and exercises in a relaxed setting with the goal to
achieve improved fitness, general strength, and coordination.

All of the drills we are planning are commonplace in the sport of track and field.

If your child has an interest in the sport or wants to partake in the fitness aspect and looking for a relaxed setting,
or is currently competing in other fall events and would like to prepare for the upcoming winter season,

This Program is a Fit.

* Dynamic warm-up/preparation
* An introduction of basic running drills and mechanics that will address,
posture, and upper and lower body mechanics.to coordinated movements
* Aerobic and Anaerobic conditioning
* Hip mobility stations and sensory hops, jump circuits, and general strength.

Coaching will emphasize, the detailed progression of the young athlete.
Supporting and building the confidence of the athlete who may want to
 compete during the indoor track season later in the year.
