PAL Youth Cheerleading Fall Season

Open to Boys & Girls | Grades 2-5
The lack of Cheer Coaches has forced us to limit our Fall program to a beginner grade-level team.

Our youth athletic programs are dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through sports.
The Fall Cheerleading program is a great opening for young athletes who have an interest.

Our program Director and Coach is Gia Marone, Salve Regina University Cheer Captain,
Coached at Gymnastics & Cheer Academy (GCA) and a PAL Cheer Alumni

We will introduce a series of cheers and exercises in a relaxed, fun setting.
Our goal is to bring opportunities for personal achievement, learn basic fitness training, good sportsmanship,
a Clinic in between Fall and Winter, and a few cool stunts.

One team | Grades 2 - 5

Warm-up/Preparation | Introduction of basic mechanics jumps, and stunting | Cheers/ Chants

We will cheer for one home game per weekend
