Three Position Wrestling Camp

Date: July 20, 2020 - July 24, 2020
Staples High School  -  Arrive: 9:00 AM  -  Start: 9:30 AM
Open to 7th - 12th Grade levels

First Session:  Technique / Drilling:  9:30 AM-11:30 AM
Lunch: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM - Bring your own lunch
Second Session:  Technique / Situational Live Wrestling: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Cost:  $300 Early sign-up - paid by 3/31/20
  $350 Paid after 3/31/20

Day 1 - 7/20-John Clark-Head Wrestling Coach Sacred Heart -University -  Underhook Series

Day 2 - 7/21-Cross Cannone- Wartburg College/DIII National  Champion - Single & Double Leg  attacks and finishes

Day 3 - 7/22-Paul Frietas-Asst Coach SHS-Three time FCIAC Champion - Bottom position and leg defense

Day 4 - 7/24-Dylan Foley - Asst. Coach Coast Guard - top position bars and tilts (scoring on top)

Day 5 - 7/25- Braden Atwood - Wrestler Purdue Univ, Four-time NCAA Championship qualifier -Top position lets and bars (scoring on top)
