FALL 2023 TRACK & FITNESS SERIES
Open to boys and girls | Grades 2 - 8

Our Fall series will develop young athletes through general training.

The drills we are planning are commonplace in the sport of track and field.

and looking for a relaxed setting,

would like to prepare for the upcoming winter season?

This Program is a Fit.

We are set to begin on September 10 and will continue through November 5
We will meet once a week on Sundays.

Your young athlete will need the following items for the Series

Running shoes | Sweatpants or Leggings, Long sleeve tops (cool days of fall) | Water bottle
Please be sure your child has the items mentioned.
