Winter PAL Cheerleading 2022-2023
Open to Boys & Girls | Grades 3-8
Our youth athletic programs are dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through sports.
The winter cheerleading program is a great opening for young athletes who have an interest.
The Winter Cheerleading program will emphasize teamwork and fitness.
We will introduce a series of cheers and exercises in a relaxed, fun setting.
Our goal is to provide each athlete with an opportunity for personal achievement, basic training,
sportsmanship, and a few cool stunts.

Our Program Director/Coach is Gia Marone, Salve Regina University Cheer Captain,
Coached at Gymnastics & Cheer Academy (GCA) and a PAL Cheerleading Alumni.
THE PROGRAM PLAN
Cheers/ Chants | Warm-up/Preparation | Introduction of basic mechanics, jumps, and stunting.
We are hoping to develop two age-appropriate teams: Bantam Squad-Grades 3-5 | Junior Squad-Grades 6-8

Games are expected to be Saturday or Sunday, morning or afternoon.
The final schedule is still under construction. Once finalized, the game schedule will be announced.
