Location: Staples Fieldhouse, Staples High School

Dates: November 12, 2019  – February 28, 2020

November Practice Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 pm – 6:45 pm. (Nov 12, 14, 19, 21, 26) 

December - February Practice Schedule: Tuesday 5:00 pm -6:45 pm and Fri day 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Cost  - Wrestler program fee includes USA Wrestling Card and Dri Fit T-Shirt
Wrestling shoes, Headgear and plenty of fluids required at every practice
