Currently not playing on a travel team

PAL Minuteman program will focus on fundamentals, fitness, and learning progression.
The program is an opportunity to further develop skills through drills and scrimmages.

Our top professional coaching staff will train in all areas of the sport, building on the basics. 
This program offers an additional outlet for young athletes interested in basketball. 
The best part of all is the fun of team sports and being with old and new PALs.

Program Details 

Dates:   Jan 8, 15, 22, 29  |   Feb 5, 12   |   Days: Sundays
Location: Long Lots Gym - 13 Hyde Lane, Westport

Time: 
Boys: 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm
Girls: 1:30 pm - 2:45 pm
